Privacy Policy

We collect your personal data (such as Name, Email Address, and Phone Number) when you configure system details or register on our Platform. This data is used solely to generate secure downloadable binary files, issue license keys, and log your purchase record.

All online payment transactions are processed securely through Razorpay APIs. We do not store sensitive payment card details on our local database logs.

Delivery Policy

Upon successful payment confirmation and signature validation, digital developer licenses and software downloads are delivered instantly to your registered email address.

If physical developer boards or microcontrollers are purchased, they will be dispatched within 1 business day and delivered within standard shipping timelines.

Refund & Cancellation

Cancellation requests for digital software licenses must be submitted within 30 days of purchase. Approved refunds are processed back to the original source account within 1 day.
